M1010 Dependability Promise
With every Maytag M1010 Furnace, Air Conditioner and Heat Pump comes we give you our Dependability Promise:

If the heat exchanger fails in one of our M1010 furnaces or gas/electric packs in the first five year, we will replace the entire unit with an equivalent Maytag replacement.
If the compressor fails in one of our M1010 packaged heat pumps, air conditioner or gas/electric units in the first five years, we will replace the entire unit with an equivalent Maytag replacement.
In the first five years, if the compressor fails in one of our split system air conditioner or heat pumps while installed with a matched Maytag indoor coil or air handler, we will replace the entire unit with an equivalent Maytag replacement.
